Today’s Rant: Civil Rights Movement 2.0

The Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s never ended, it just moved into the mainstream.

But now it’s moved back into the streets.

And our government is using the same tactics to quash it as it did way back when.

See how on Today’s Rant: Civil Rights Movement 2.0

Weekly Reminder:

AntiFa is a portmanteau of “Anti- Fascist.”

The only way they could be a domestic terrorist group is if our country is led by fascists.

You know, the kind of government that sends unidentifiable secret police to snatch citizens off the street.

Oh, wait …

Zero Chance Trump Wasn’t Briefed

The perfect followup question for every reporter to ask when an admin member denies Trump was briefed:
“Who will be fired for this agregious failure to inform the president that Putin, the man the president is trying to help gain readmittance to the G7, has been paying Afghans to kill US soldiers under the president’s nose?”

What’s worse than a racist?

James Hitchcock (@jehitch) Tweeted:Facebook value plummets $56B as advertisers flee

If you are cool w/ hate as long as it’s profitable, you’re worse than racists: you’re the guy who sold rope to Night Riders, but too cowardly to actually slip it over someone’s head & pull the other end.

Choose one:

Choose:
A. Trump’s a goddamned lying coward
B. Trump’s cabinet is incompetent
C. Trump’s a traitor
D. All of the above.

“Facing strong criticism from Democrats, Trump said on Twitter that neither he nor Vice President Mike Pence had been briefed on the classified assessment. Trump also tried to cast doubt on a New York Times report that said he had been told about the matter.”

“Nobody briefed or told me, @VP Pence, or Chief of Staff @MarkMeadows about the so-called attacks on our troops in Afghanistan by Russians, as reported through an ‘anonymous source’ by the Fake News @nytimes,” Trump wrote. “Everybody is denying it & there have not been many attacks on us…..”

Who doesn’t care about the military?

One party is using the military as a pawn in the government shutdown

And it’s not the Democrats

Here’s video of Democrat Claire McCaskill attempting to make sure our military gets paid during the government shutdown.

Republican leader Mitch McConnell stops it, so his party can maintain the talking point that “Democrats care more about illegal aliens than out military.”

Feel free to throw this in the face of any idiot making that claim.

You’re welcome.

Published in 1906, author George C.V.Holmes’s, Ancient and Modern Ships is a two volume set offering a dated, but useful reference on the history of various cultures’ maritime heritage. TheModelShipwright.com has republished Part I, which covers Wooden Sailing Ships.

This republished edition of the South Kensington Victoria and Albert Museum-supported textbook is reproduced in its original form, maintaining original pagination. Due to the deterioration of the original book that was scanned, there are some spots where reproduction is less than the clarity of a newly-published book. We at RedFlagPublishing.com feel this is an acceptable compromise to present the book to readers in the format in which it was published.
